Refund policy
You may return the item within 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase, for a credit. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a credit on the form of Merchandise Credit, your item must have arrived with its outer bottle seal is missing and/or damage. If the mentioned event occurs, please email us as soon as possible at orders@latindoctorspharma.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Also, the damage product must be return in its original packaging accompanied with a valid sales receipt, packing slip, or verification of purchase date, tender and amount paid via a customer’s Transaction History.
We address these requests on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Correctly dispatched product will not be eligible for return nor credit. Please double-check your address — we are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees. Please verify your information before checkout.
Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Shipping costs are customer responsibility.
If you are shipping an item and want to make sure that we receive it, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
