Shipping policy

Flat rate shipping: $7.00 flat rate shipping to the United States of America (including Hawaii, Alaska & U.S.V.I.) through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

We ship to the United States of America (including Hawaii, Alaska & U.S.V.I.) through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns and exchanges

Our return policy lasts 30 days. You may return the item within 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase, for a credit.  Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. View our Return Policy.

To be eligible for a credit on the form of Merchandise Credit, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging accompanied with a valid sales receipt, packing slip, or verification of purchase date, tender and amount paid via a customer’s Transaction History.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are customer responsibility. 

If you are shipping an item and want to make sure that we receive it, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
